Background

I worked in many different jobs and environments, from a small family business, to the cardboard box factory, flour mill, telemarketing centres and making climate change documentaries in the South Pacific, before finding my purpose in working on work itself- helping to make the jobs we do go better. After two decades inside world class companies, including as the Global Head of Culture and Engagement at Mars, I now do more of what I love best- helping organizations connect the human and business sides of work so that everyone benefits.My talks are honest, practical and inspiring.
